Sarah is a creative freelancer specializing in writing, photography, and styling. She earned a B.A. in English Journalism from Miami University and spent several years working for newspapers as a page designer and copy editor. While planning her wedding, Sarah started a blog to document the experience and she quickly grew a dedicated following. Soon after her wedding, she expanded her blog to showcase real weddings, highlight brand partnerships and detail press & media trips of interest to her discerning bridal audience.

Sarah’s online publication, Classic Bride Blog, was named one of the “top 10 bridal blogs” by BRIDES in 2010, listed as one of “The Best in Blogspiration” in the Winter 2010 issue of InStyle Weddings and named as a “top 5 wedding blog pick” by Destination Weddings & Honeymoons in 2009.

Over the last decade, Sarah accumulated experience writing, editing, styling and photographing custom content for her online wedding publication. A few noteworthy brands Sarah worked with include Ladurée, Garnet Hill, Omni Hotels & Resorts, The Greenbrier, Jack Rogers and Williams-Sonoma. She has also written articles including custom styled photography for FTD and Delta Children.

While Sarah decided to say goodbye to her role of wedding editor in 2020 and her wedding blog posts have been archived, she continues to enjoy nurturing her creative side in new ways.
